Chebelle.B Gift Card - Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
   The Chebelle.B Jewelry Gift Card is issued by Chebelle.B and can only be redeemed for jewelry purchases on our official website. 

2. Gift Card Value
   The value of the gift card is determined by the amount paid at the time of purchase. Gift cards are available in multiple denominations, starting from RM 100 to RM 3000. The card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Redemption
   The gift card can be used as payment towards any jewelry purchase made on the Chebelle.B website. If the value of the gift card is less than the total purchase amount, the balance must be paid using another payment method. No change will be given for unused balances.

4. Redemption Period
   The gift card must be redeemed within one year from the date of issuance. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

5. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
   Chebelle.B is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service immediately with your gift card number. Replacement of lost or stolen cards will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. No Cash Value
   Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any non-jewelry related products or services.

7. Returns and Refunds
   If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be credited back to the gift card, unless prohibited by law.

8. Non-transferable
   Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold, except where required by law.

9. Modification of Terms
   Chebelle.B reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or provided at the time of gift card issuance.

10. Applicable Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysia.
