Pre-Order Service
a. Availability: Pre-order items are available for purchase before they are officially in stock. You will be notified of the estimated shipping date at the time of your order.
b. Payment: Payment is required at the time of pre-order. Pre-order purchases are non-refundable unless the item is unavailable or canceled by Chebelle.B.
c. Shipping and Delivery: Pre-order items will be shipped within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. If there are any delays beyond this timeframe, you will be notified.
d. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, pre-order cancellations may not be possible. -
Engraving Service
a. Custom Engraving Requests: We offer engraving services on select jewelry items. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the availability and details of customization.
b. Engraving Details: Customers are responsible for providing accurate text or design for engraving. Chebelle.B is not responsible for any mistakes in the engraving resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
c. Processing Time: Engraving orders may require additional processing time. Please allow extra time for production and shipping. The estimated time will be provided when you place your order.
d. Non-Refundable: Customized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.
e. Limitations: The size, style, and placement of engraving may be subject to design limitations. Our customer service team will provide guidance on what is possible for your chosen piece. -
Changes and Modifications
a. Pre-Order Modifications: Once a pre-order has been placed, changes to the item, engraving, or shipping address may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.
b. Engraving Modifications: Once engraving is finalized and the order has been processed, no further changes can be made. Please ensure that all engraving requests are correct before submission. -
Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping for Pre-Orders and Engraving: Pre-order and engraving orders are shipped once the item is available, and the engraving is completed. Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules.
b. Delays: Chebelle.B is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by third-party carriers, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. -
Liability
a. Defective or Damaged Items: If your pre-order or engraved item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process of returning or replacing the item. -
