You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund in store credit, provided that the items are in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or any customized items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed. To receive a different size or style, please place a new order.
