How to initial a return?

To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

1. Log In to Your Account

  • Log into your account.
  • If you don’t have an account, you may still be able to initiate a return by email us at support@chebelleb.com with your order number and the name of the item you will like to return.

2. Locate Your Order

  • Go to the Order section in your account.
  • Find the specific order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Request for Return

  • Once you’ve selected the order, look for the option "Request Return".

4. Choose a Return Reason

  • The system will prompt you to select the reason for the return, such as:
    • Item not as described
    • Wrong size or fit
    • Damaged or defective
    • Changed of mind
  • Select the most appropriate reason for the return.

5. Review Return Policy

  • Ensure the item is eligible for return under the return policy (e.g., within the return window and in its original condition).

6. Return Label

  • Once you confirm the return, our team will review your request, once its approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

7. Prepare the Return Package

  • Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning, ensuring that they are in their original condition, with any tags still attached, if required.
  • Place the return shipping label on the package.

8. Ship the Item(s)

  • Drop off the package at your nearby carrier location.
  • Keep any tracking information as proof of return.

9. Track Your Return

  • You can track the status of your return through your account.
  • Once the item arrives at the our warehouse and is inspected, the store credit will be processed.

10. Receive Your Store Credit

  • After we receives and inspects the return, we will process to issue store credit to your account. If you don’t have an account, we will issue you with a store voucher. 
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the return is processed.

Important Notes:

  • Eligibility: Make sure the item you’re returning meets the return conditions (within the return window, unused, and in original packaging).
  • Non-refundable Items: Some items, like final sale or custom/engraved products, earrings may not be eligible for return.
