1-Year Warranty & 1-to-1 Replacement Policy

At Chebelle.B, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. Our 1-Year Warranty and 1-to-1 Replacement Policy are designed to give you peace of mind with every purchase. 

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials
  • Loose stones due to setting issues
  • Tarnishing or discoloration not caused by chemicals, perfumes, or improper care

2. What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or neglect
  • Scratches, dents, or natural wear and tear
  • Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged items
  • Tarnishing caused by exposure to moisture, perfume, chemicals, or improper storage
  • Modifications or repairs done by third parties

3. 1-to-1 Replacement Terms

If the item is eligible under the warranty:

  • We will replace the product with a brand new identical or similar item (subject to availability)
  • No cash refunds or credit will be issued under this warranty policy.
  • For limited editions or discontinued items, we reserve the right to replace with a product of equal value and style

4. Claim Procedure

To submit a claim:

  1. Email support@chebelleb.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem
  1. Our team will assess the issue and respond within 3-5 working days
  2. If approved, we will arrange for the return and replacement process

5. Shipping Costs

  • Malaysia: Shipping for replacements is free within the warranty period.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping for the replacement item.

6. Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or receipt is required for all claims. Without it, we reserve the right to reject the warranty request.

7. Final Rights

Chebelle.B reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the warranty conditions. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
